Questions

Will workers and warehouse staff really enter data on a phone?

Mostly it's one tap: moving a stage on or scanning a roll. Nothing to install; it opens in the phone's browser. Workers and warehouse staff don't count as users.

I already have a spreadsheet. Do I start from scratch?

No. We import your file; if you like, we do the first import together during setup.

Is my data safe, and who sees it?

Your data stays with your team: no other company can see it, and in your team everyone sees only what their role allows. All your data downloads in one click (CSV files that open in Excel). The list of processors is on the privacy page.

Is there a commitment or a setup fee?

No. Pay monthly and stop any month; pay yearly and get 2 months on us. If you leave, you download all your data in one click.
