What the module does today
- Delivery day and late orders. Set a delivery day on each order; late orders and upcoming deliveries are on the dashboard.
- Size, fabric and materials. Each order records its size (W × D × H) and fabric. If the fabric, foam, legs or mechanism have not arrived, the order shows a “waiting for material” badge.
- Deposit and balance. Record the deposit and any instalments on the order; Total, Received and Remaining are worked out for you.
- Subcontractors on their phones. Hand an order to your finisher, frame maker or CNC cutter. On the phone, the subcontractor opens only their own orders: they move the stage on and see the notes and files. They do not see prices or deposits.
- Customer link. The customer opens a link to see the stage, size and delivery day of each order; prices stay hidden.
- Fabric visualiser and swatch book. An image of the fabric your customer picked on a sofa, chair or headboard; send fabrics as a swatch book link or PDF.
Show the fabric on the sofa
Customers find it hard to choose from a small swatch. Upload a photo of the swatch and choose the furniture and the setting; in about 10–20 seconds you get an image of how the fabric could look on that piece. Send it on WhatsApp or as a swatch book link.

Collect fabrics in a swatch book. Your customer opens the link and asks you about the fabric they like with one tap; you see how often it was opened and how many requests came in. You can also send it as a PDF.

What it does not do
It does not issue invoices, make drawings or produce cutting lists; the tools you use for those stay. The fabric visualiser does not work on photos of the customer's own sofa or room; it uses 5 ready-made furniture pieces and settings.

Frequently asked questions
Does it issue invoices?
No. Your accounting or e-invoicing software keeps issuing invoices. Üretimo shows which orders are to be invoiced and which have been paid, and produces proforma invoices and delivery notes.
Does it replace my design software?
No. You keep drawing and making cutting lists in the software you use today, and attach the drawing to the order as a PDF or photo. Üretimo keeps track of where each order is, its fabric, its deposit and its delivery day.
Can my craftsmen or subcontractors use it on their phones?
Yes. A craftsman, finisher or frame maker joins through an invitation link in the phone’s browser; there is no app to install. They open only their own orders, move the stage on and see the notes and files; the office adds notes and photos. They do not see prices or deposits.
Can I track deposits?
Yes. You record the deposit and any instalments on the order with the date and method (cash, bank transfer, card, cheque); Total, Received and Remaining are calculated for you. It does not take payments online: you collect the money as you do today, and Üretimo keeps the record.
We are 12 people. How many users can we have?
As many as you need: users are unlimited on every plan. The office, craftsmen, finishers or frame makers sign in from their own phones; you choose the plan by the number of active orders.
Can the image replace a physical swatch?
No. It makes choosing easier, but colour and texture vary from screen to screen and pattern scale is approximate. We recommend showing your customer the swatch before they order.
