You can look at the live demo first, without signing up. Then you sign up and choose your plan and add-ons (Finance, extra image packs); payment is taken by Stripe and your account opens as soon as it is confirmed. There is no use without payment. If you like, we import your Excel list together during setup. If the subscription ends or a payment fails, after a 7-day period the account becomes read-only: your records are not deleted and you can view and download them, but you can't add new records or make changes.

No. Apparel, brands, fabric warehouses, architecture offices and furniture workshops use the same three plans; your trade only decides which screens you see. The plans differ in active orders, image credits, file storage and the Finance module.

An order that hasn't been shipped yet. Shipped orders stay in the archive and don't count towards the limit. On Small you track up to 30 open jobs at a time, on Medium 100; Large has no limit. If you go over the limit, your account is not locked; we suggest moving to the next plan.

The heart of the system is workshop staff moving the stage on from their phones; if every user cost extra, nobody would invite them. So plans are priced by active orders, not users. A user with the Workshop role sees only the stage, notes and files of their own orders; prices, the CMT fee, the customer name, invoice details and other workshops are hidden from them.

On the same plans: numbered roll labels, racks, cutting and rack-by-rack stock counts; sales orders, roll reservations and picking on a phone; goods receipt, dispatch and return documents (PZ / WZ in Poland) printed on A4 in English, Polish or Turkish; a to-invoice list for your accounting software; customer cards, a PLN / EUR / TRY price list and reports. Invoices stay in your accounting software (in Poland, KSeF too). Warehouse staff scanning with phones are unlimited.

The monthly allowance renews every month. If it runs out mid-month, buy an add-on pack: for fabric try-on, 3D design and the fabric visualiser in furniture workshops 50 images €9 · 200 images €29; for the fabric warehouse swatch book 100 images €29 · 500 images €119; for the architect visual studio 50 images €15 · 100 images €29. Add-on credits never expire.

Yes. Payment is taken through Stripe and the invoice is issued through Stripe. You enter your company details at checkout; you can download your invoices at any time from Settings → Plan → Invoices and card, and update your company details there. Prices exclude VAT. If your accountant has any questions, they can write to info@uretimo.com.

You add a photo of the fabric to the library; its colour is measured from the photo and you enter the pattern repeat in centimetres. When you choose the jacket, waistcoat and trousers styles, image generation draws a suit in that fabric, then the colour is corrected to the fabric's measured colour. The image doesn't replace a sample; it gives you and your customer an idea before a sale or decision. If something small is off (button colour, lapel, pattern size), describe the fix with "Fix"; every generation and fix uses one image credit, and failed generations aren't deducted.

Yes. Custom screens built for you (for example fabric reservations, CMT tracking) are priced separately. The setup help in every plan covers standard setup: stages and roles set up to fit you and, if you like, your Excel list imported together.

Upgrade or downgrade any time; the difference is settled on your next invoice. Pay annually and two months are on us.

No, it works alongside it. The official books, e-invoicing and tax returns stay with your accountant. Finance shows the production side they don't see (which workshop, which CMT price, which style made money) and sends them a ready-made pack every month. Included in Large; an add-on for Small and Medium at €9/month.
