Terms of Use

This is a translation; in case of any discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between Üretimo (“we”) and the businesses and users (“you”) using the service at uretimo.com and its subdomains. The service is intended for businesses. By opening an account or using the service you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. A person opening an account on behalf of a company confirms that they are authorised to do so.

2. Service and plans

Üretimo is a web application for tracking orders, production stages, workshops, customers, reminders and basic accounting information. The plans are the same for every trade (apparel and contract production, brands, fabric warehouses, architecture offices): Small (up to 30 active orders), Medium (up to 100 active orders) and Large (unlimited active orders). Users are unlimited on every plan (fair use). If you go over the limit, your account is not locked; we suggest moving to the next plan. A separate Enterprise installation for your company is priced separately. The furniture and upholstery module is in pilot and works on the same plans. The active order, file storage and monthly image limits of each plan are on the Pricing page. We keep developing the features and reserve the right to add, change or remove them. We announce significant changes in advance.

3. Account and users

• An account opens when you complete the sign-up form, choose your plan and your payment is confirmed; the subscription starts with the payment confirmation. The application cannot be used without payment. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Do not share your password; if you notice unauthorised access, let us know.
• Your company is responsible for the users it invites to its workspace (office, quality, accounting, external workshop) using the service in line with these terms.
• A user with the Admin role can remove members and change settings such as roles and price visibility.

4. Your data and data processing

All data you enter in the application (such as orders, customers, files and prices) belongs to you. For this data your company is the controller and Üretimo is the processor; we process it only to provide the service and on your instructions. The details are in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. You can download all your data in one click at any time (CSV files that open in Excel) and have your account deleted. You are responsible for the content of tracking links you share with your customers and for whom you send them to.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to access other companies’ data, circumvent security measures, create excessive load by automated means, upload malware or resell the service. In the event of a breach we may suspend or close the account.

File storage is per account: 200 MB on Small, 300 MB on Medium, 500 MB on Large. A single file can be up to 50 MB. When the storage is full, new files cannot be uploaded; existing files stay.

6. Fees, subscription and automatic renewal

All plans are paid. The plans, the Finance module (included in Large, an add-on for Small and Medium) and extra image packs (fabric try-on, swatch book, render studio) are paid. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Prices are in Turkish lira for companies in Türkiye, in złoty for companies in Poland and in euros for other countries. Prices exclude VAT.

Subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly in advance at the start of each period and renew automatically for the same length at the end of every period until cancelled. Payment and invoicing are handled by Stripe; you manage your invoices and card details in Settings → Plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan; the difference is calculated pro rata on the next invoice.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the features stay available until then. When a subscription ends or a payment cannot be collected, after a 7-day period the account becomes read-only: your data stays visible and can be downloaded; new records and changes cannot be made. Your data is not deleted for this reason.

Extra image packs are one-off payments; purchased credits never expire.

7. Refunds

We do not refund a subscription period paid in advance, or used or unused extra image credits; if you cancel during a period, the service stays available until its end. Cases where the law requires a refund are not affected. A charge made in error or twice is refunded once identified; simply write to info@uretimo.com.

8. Price changes

We announce price changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers keep the price they started with for 12 months. The new price applies from the end of that period and from the first renewal after the notice. If you do not accept the new price, you can end your subscription at the end of that period without penalty.

9. Availability and liability

We make every effort to provide the service without interruption or errors, but we cannot guarantee this. There may be short interruptions for maintenance and updates. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data). In any case our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence. Your production decisions and commitments to your customers are your own; Üretimo is only a tracking tool.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time; simply write to info@uretimo.com. To end a paid subscription, first cancel it in Settings → Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may also close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms or if we have to discontinue the service, giving as much notice as possible. For 30 days after an account is closed you can download your data; after that it is deleted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In a dispute we will first try to resolve it by discussion; failing that, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
